Post Office Passport Seva Kendra

Visited Passport office in Morning 0900hrs on 16th Jan 2026 for my family.Had appointment in the afternoon but was requested to come early. All formalities were completed within 30 Minutes for 3 person. Only you have to take care that all original documents and Photocopy are kept ready with self attested. If any problem in the document then it will get delayed. Was highly satisfied with the service.

This office located at 3rd floor of head post office junagadh so if you ever need to visit there just find head post office you will find passport seva kendra also. Basically landmark is behind baudin college & Suraj fun world . You can reach there with going straight road exactly near rajiv gandhi park. About post office provides post services, banking, parsel, courier, passport services also. Do you know the best thing about passport seva kendra is that you don't need any agents for services. Excellent service for issuing fresh or renewal passport for junagadh city people. Most of Less crowd, queue managemnet also best. Hasselfree work by staff of post office Polite helpful work of staff. I am very happy that govt. opens this types of POPSK in all post office its make easier for people to get passport documents verification.

Staff is so rude they even dont know how to talk with older people they are saying there is no fix time you suppost to wait 2 hours also 2 and hlaf hours also. feels like they are paying for our passport and we are taking free service . I am here right now guy went for lunch timing was 12:45 reporting time no one is here.

The office opens earlier than the post office, but there is no indication about other entrance for passport services. Had to wait an hour before realising there is "pichu ka rasta" for entrance. Really needs more signs for entrance. Also bring verified aadhar card print or you will be sent to zerox shop behind the building (costing 50).

I recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra in Junagadh and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The most glaring issue was the poor communication among the staff. There seemed to be a lack of coordination, leading to confusion and delays in the processing of applications. Moreover, the response time was exceptionally slow. Queries were met with indifference, and it was evident that the staff was not adequately trained to handle customer concerns efficiently. This resulted in a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal for applicants. The overall service at the Passport Seva Kendra in Junagadh left much to be desired. Timeliness and effective communication are crucial aspects of such government facilities, and it's disheartening to see them lacking in these areas. I hope the authorities take note of these issues and work towards improving the overall experience for applicants.

Staff training is required by the Government.

Even after giving passport fees, in police verification they ask for bribe or else they write something negative even if everything is fine in verification. Pathetic service from the government
