I had an excellent experience working with Prakash bhai for my father's passport renewal. Every other agent told me that a new passport cannot be issued with a new address unless the Aadhaar card is updated. Prakash bhai was the only one who knew the correct process and guided me accurately. He informed me that the passport can be renewed using an electricity bill with the new address, exactly as stated on the Indian government passport website. Was looking to get passport urgently for my parents. Though I had done the process for myself in 2019 at Mumbai, the tight timeline and confusing rules made it tough to do it myself. Best passport service in Rajkot, the person is extremely knowledgeable as well as polite and knows everything related to passports. I was in another city, sent my docs on WhatsApp and got my appointment, the list of docs that was given to me (as suggested by this person) made me go through the process hassle free, I was not stopped or asked anything extra anywhere inside passport office. Finally recieved my passport within 15 days, didn't have to visit pratham physically even once ! More than 5 star service.
