Appointment timing is 9:15 and surprisingly no staff reach on time by around 10 they gave me token. What good I can say about staff full of attitude arrogance and shameless they're. They just mentioned about staff safety if you'll talk badly or keep your voice up with them you face consequences what about people's like us who's facing staff like these.

I wish I could give them in negetive review. Worst experience with the office. We came for passport surrender with all required documents and made sure the office hours. However when we reach there the security guard told us the officer only works on Wednesday 11 to 4. These information wasn't mentioned anywhere on Possport seva Kendra website as well as I spoke to customer service even they told the assistance works weekdays between 10 to 4. It was very disappointing that the government do not provide proper guidelines and people who worked at the Surat RPO office are extremely rude even though I told them I have travelled 3 hours for all this nonsense. I came with my baby and people do not have any courtesy to show. I hope this review finds the highest level of officer and take action against the security guard and the lady who reports people in and out appointments. She acted very unprofessionally and thronging attitude that I am not going to call the office if you want to speak to the supervisor call yourself.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience at the Passport Office. My mother visited the office for her appointment, and unfortunately the staff behavior was very rude and unhelpful. They asked for documents that were not mentioned anywhere on the official website during the appointment booking process. Because of this, her application was rejected and she was told to come again. We travelled from very far, and it was extremely disappointing to face such unprofessional behaviour. It clearly felt like they don't have any value for people's time, especially when citizens take leave from work, travel long distances, and still don't receive proper guidance. There was also a lady staff member handling Tatkal applications who spoke very inappropriately. My humble request to the Passport Office: Please ensure all required documents are clearly mentioned on the official website, especially for Tatkal applications. Please improve staff behaviour and customer handling, as respectful communication matters a lot. We hope no one else has to face this kind of trouble. Kindly take necessary action.

Completely unreachable. Calls are either constantly busy or simply ignored. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

It's a good place. Also the workers are well in communication and have helping nature. The main officer is also good in nature. They talk very kindly with the peoples. The service providing is fast. Every people working there are kind in nature, if you have any query you can ask without hasitating to them, they will explain you clearly. Some what there is problem outside of office

The staff members are very polite and helpful.. they understand your problem and put all efforts to solve your problem.. thank you very much for your kind help..

There is small van. Appointment Time is 10 and i am waiting from last 1 hour there is no fan no ac .

One of the worst government service in the list. I'm stuck in lost passport. I submitted NOC and everything still they want police verification of that NOC but they aren't taking this seriously from last 4 months. Just wasting time. I lost my europe student intake and expired my Malaysia students visa too . Thank you for this amazing service . I hope you face some trouble ahead.
