This is a private centre so charges are higher than what you could get at a Govt. run place, which is expected, but then they make you aware that it would be cheaper for you to get it done from there and also help you understand where you should go to get it done cheaper. All in all - it was a honest place

Pathetic! Very bad experience. Place is filthy and staff is irresponsible, lazy & corrupt. They charged me . 100/- for mobile number updation & it is not updated even after 45 days. They are not giving any response or guidance for further action.

The worst building or office I have ever seen. It's a very old filthy and stinking place. Dark rooms, dirty walls and broken windows. The government really need to invest something and provide the employee a better place to work. No wonder ppl working there are annoyed and not interested in working.
I went only to get my phone number updated, they gave me a form and asked me to come next day early morning just to get a date, which was a month later. So now I have to go next month to get my work done. don't expect anything instant
