Zero rating .Very bad and slow service,
PLI payment denied to accept and give the excuse staff not available , even during working hours, Even bied also not there as PLI not accept due to staff not available, Sr. citizens very very unhappy and return to home.
Customer really unhappy and closed the account other side government promote post offices ..
Very long line And staff do work very slow.
Staff behaviour also not good to with customer

Worst service....worst behave of employees in this branch...specially of MIS,SHAVING BANK, counter person.moreover, they are setting their working time on their convinient. They are not working after 11 am on saturdays.but timing of this post is till 1.30 ... And mon-friday working hours only till 1 pm. Ghatiya branch..dont invest your money their.
