Very poor experience with Sharp International Immigration. I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this consultancy. The owner, Ami Ma'am, is not approachable and does not properly entertain or guide clients. There is a complete lack of professionalism and transparency. They waste clients' time and money without providing proper direction or support. After 1-2 visa rejections, they demanded additional fees claiming it would help clear the case, but there were no results at all. When we requested to speak directly with the owner, she was always "busy" and unwilling to address concerns. Client communication and accountability are extremely poor. I strongly advise others to be cautious before submitting any application through Sharp International Immigration and do not refer this consultancy to anyone.

This consultancy has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible in handling my application of student visa. The entire experience was unacceptable. The employees lacked basic knowledge of admissions and visa procedures. They misinformed me about Monash scholarships, never contacted the university, and were unaware of mandatory requirements such as the OHSC Policy Certificate. Shockingly, they did not even know the standard SOP format and asked me to write it entirely on my own, without any guidance. There was constant confusion, random document requests, misplaced files, and rude responses whenever I raised legitimate concerns. Official communications from Monash University were clearly not read or understood properly, resulting in misinformation and avoidable delays. The process lacked transparency and accountability throughout. Most concerning, the head of the consultancy (based in Canada) abandoned my visa case at 11:30 PM due to personal reasons. Despite the serious impact on my academic future, the owner showed no empathy or professionalism and continued defending her staff even tho they did grave mistakes. Deepika maam handled my case only when a conditional offer came i clearly asked her abt the scholarship and she denied that monash does not offer it!!! While my friend who did through kannan got a huge scholarship. This consultancy added nothing but stress and chaos. I strongly advise students to avoid this agency completely. The most worst unaccountable consultants and owner!
