This was our first international family trip, and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare thanks to Thrive Tourism - Mr. Ranju Pal and Harsha. We booked a 9D/8N UAE tour for 9 people (Jan 2026) with clear preferences for Indian meals (lunch & dinner) as we were traveling with parents aged 50+. What we didn't know until it was too late was that, they don't have their own team in UAE. Our entire trip was handed over to a local agent called "Crossover Tourism", without proper coordination or accountability. What went wrong: * The itinerary was never followed. * Entry tickets were not booked in advance, despite full payment. * No daily updates, we would get ready by 10 AM and wait till post-lunch to know the plan. * We were kept waiting at attraction gates while tickets were booked on the spot. * The vehicle was provided for only 8 hours a day, including travel, traffic, meals, and attraction time. * One full day was completely wasted because tickets were sold out. * Lunch was arranged only in Bur Dubai every day, forcing unnecessary back-and-forth travel and wasting precious vacation time. After the trip, there was zero accountability. No apology, no ownership, nothing. We had to follow up for reimbursements even though we had already paid everything in advance. About Mr. Ranju (Trip Manager): Honestly, he had no clue about the itinerary, meal plans, distances, or attractions. He didn't step in when the schedule collapsed and contributed nothing to managing the chaos. When confronted, he responded with ego, not solutions, claiming "15 years of experience," which was hard to believe. Some shocking examples of his planning sense: * Suggested visiting Dubai Miracle Garden after sunset * Claimed Motiongate (a full-day theme park) could be covered in 1-2 hours My advice: Avoid tour packages like this. You travel to create memories, not stress. Poor planning, zero coordination, and no responsibility can completely ruin a vacation and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened to us.

Had an amazing Vietnam trip organized by Thrive Tourism. Everything from hotels, transfers, and tours in Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Hanoi, and Ha Long Bay was perfectly arranged. Very professional service and great support throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

He seemed completely clueless about the places we were supposed to visit. We were handed over to "Crossover Tourism," and the entire trip was a mess. Despite making a full advance payment, our entry tickets were never booked, and we received no daily updates. Our days began after lunch, and even after asking before the trip started, we were completely in the dark about our daily itinerary. We didn't know how long our vehicles would be provided, where lunch and dinner would be served, or anything else. We were left with no choice but to accept the trip as it was, since we had already paid them in advance. Mr. Ranju Pal didn't even bother to intervene or make our journey memorable. It was a complete disaster.

After multiple Schengen visa rejections, I was really stressed, but Harsha made the whole process smooth . She understood my case properly, corrected every detail, and guided me patiently at every step. Thanks to her support and expertise, my visa finally got approved . If you've faced rejections before, don't lose hope -- Harsha truly knows what she's doing. Highly recommended!
