Passport Seva Kendra

Extremely disappointing experience at this Passport Seva Kendra. The staff was incredibly slow and displayed a poor attitude throughout. There was no proper guidance, and appointments were not handled in the order they were scheduled. When they called out names, they spoke so quietly that it was almost impossible to hear, and they wouldn't even repeat the name when asked. I visited the center for a passport renewal and, based on the official requirements, I carried my old passport and Aadhaar card. However, they unexpectedly asked for a marriage certificate. I explained that I had traveled a long distance and requested them to consider the soft copy I had on my phone, but they refused. I had to travel all the way back home to retrieve the physical copy, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the staff frequently took long breaks--sometimes disappearing for up to 30 minutes at a time--causing further delays. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a government service. Total lack of professionalism and empathy.

Worst passport seva Kendra in south Gujarat we came around 10 am and our appointment is at 10:15 am but still they are doing for the 9 am people appointment. Even they don't have AC and working fan better to go Surat only

Worst passport seva kendra I have appointment at 11:45am and i got called inside for first stage at 2:20 pm worst experience.At 3:15 they finally finished my process. Go to surat or bardoli for quick and good service.It took 4 hours to complete and if I would have travelled to surat then 1 hour to reach 1 hour to return valsad and 1 hour for process it will take just 3 hours Never booking my future appointment from valsad

Very bad experience. They do not guide properly. If we have to ask anything they give very useless replies. Those who are known to them they do their work first. On top of that when we talk they say go and complain if you want to. Their behaviour was very rude. I had taken my 1 year old daughter to such a hot spot but these people made me run around in circles too. And they even threatened me to do whatever you have to. They say don't make noise to the head, complain. I have made the complaint, now see what action is taken. Or jo log bol rahe hai bahut help ful nature hai vo unke pehchan vale hai unka kam appointment dusro se pehle ho jata hai unko wait nahi Krna pdta jada. Bcs mai bhi meri baby ko le gai thi morning 10:00 se 15:30 tk wait kiya.and of the day nahi hua kam.

Very punctual...our work was done in 15 mins...that to exact the time was given. But the office infrastructure is in very worse condition. Also no big hoarding about the same so it is difficult to find. authorities really need to look after it.

Information will not provide clearly worst experience and very disappointed please do some thing for this staff change it or close this office please take action on this office we are not happy for this our time also waste

I visited the passport office for my 3-month-old daughter. Although the office is small, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and polite--very different from the passport office in Surat. We were attended to right away, and the entire process went smoothly.

Limited number of staff so it take more time then you think. Place is good it is inside valsad post office Office is quite small very limited number of seats.
