All good but C section is very slow due to low number of staff just two active out of five counters and max rush is here. Like they want rush and no active action by APO.

I request to each and every person who is reading this review. It's not just a review but life lesson. Please split your name as first name and surname if you have any plans to settle abroad or visiting. Surname is compulsory in foreign countries. This passport office only keeps the name as first name and no surname. Please be careful. I had the same issue so as all my colleagues who had their passport done from here.

I am writing this review to help anyone who is visiting this PSK. When your B counter tells you that everything is okay and that you can go home, please do NOT leave immediately. You must wait until you receive an SMS on your phone saying "Passport has been granted." Alternatively, you can check your application status on the official website, which should show "Police verification has been initiated." Once you see either of these, it is safe to leave the PSK. If you do not receive this message or status update, wait in the waiting area near the C counters. When your token number appears on the display near the C counters, approach the C counter staff and ask if there is any issue. If there is a mistake in your application or if any document is missing or needs modification, you will be informed there. After resolving the issue, you may need to go back to Section A, then Section B, and finally wait again near Section C. Do not leave the PSK until you receive the "Passport granted" message or see the correct status update. Otherwise, when you check the status from home, it may show that your application is on hold, forcing you to visit the PSK again the next day and waste valuable time. Hope this helps others avoid unnecessary trouble.

I got free from all the process in just 25 mins as my appointment time was 9 am. But for those whose appointment is at 11-12 or later , you will have to wait 1hr+ . Staff is ok. Some people are good, helpful & some are egoistic , unhelpful also. No sitting , waiting area for your family members. They need to wait outside under the sun No shelter for them. No cleanliness outside the office. Paid parking is good.

Well maintained, service is fast and cooperative staff, parking facilities available, you will get many photocopies shop nearby. Right now construction activities going on but still it's nicely managed. Washrooms are only in the passport office, not outside the office and you can enter passport office only 15-20 minutes before your turn.

Passport centres now outsourced by govt. so provide good services. this place has quick and efficient service. take an appointment from website and reach on time at the center with all your documents and photocopies. once you enter, you are given token no. and in an hour, you keep moving from one counter to another automatically without any hassles or delay. photos taken, fingerprint and iris scan done and you are free. you get your passport in a month after verification.

Had a very smooth experience at PSK Ambala (Galaxy Mall). My appointment was at 11:00 AM and I was advised to reach by 10:45, but I arrived early at 9:10 AM. After a quick security and baggage check, I was allowed inside without having to wait till my slot. The process moved quickly and efficiently. All formalities were completed by 10:30 AM -- well before my scheduled time. Staff were helpful, the process was clear, and everything felt truly hassle-free.

Highly disappointed experience. Service is very poor. There is no drinking water for assistants who proceed with applicants. There is no sitting arrangements for applicants. Applicants stand in high temperature without any proper arrangements. Behaviour of the staff is highly unprofessional and rude. Security personnel behave like decorator. They are not ready to listen geniune problems and queries of applicants. Government should improve the quality of services. It is totally failure of digital India.
