Main Post Office (Bahadurgarh, Haryana)

I am writing to formally complain about the consistently unacceptable service at your post office. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by staff is shocking. Basic tasks are mishandled, customers are treated with indifference, and there appears to be no accountability whatsoever. This reflects extremely poorly on whoever is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees. I expect a public service to meet at least a minimum standard of efficiency and respect. At the moment, that standard is nowhere close to being met. This issue needs serious attention, starting with better hiring practices and proper staff training. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and results in real improvement, not just another ignored message.

Visited on a Sunday so not much to say about the working of the post office, but by the looks of it is quite famous. Walking distance from the 'Bahadurgrh City' metro station, you can also take an E-rickshaw. The place in and around is bustling with a market that is busy. Parking, I assume won't be easy to find.

Cashiers are two slow for work. It takes them 30 minutes for single deposit

I visited Main Post Office 4-5 days ago and asked for Gangajal, it was unavailable and was promised will be available in 4-5 days, I visited again today, but it was still unavailable. Higher authorities should take note of this
