Mr. Kapil charges me for 300 rs. one challan generate only. It's rate is very high. In Gurugram also charge Rs 100 for generating challan. It's rate beat metro city .He takes great advantage of helplessness.

* I was here for issuing BIRTH CERTIFICATE of my cousins. * I submitted the documents for the same on 16th March 2023 via WhatsApp as informed by the person sitting right besides the main counter where Mr. Kapil sits. I kept asking him repeatedly whether the application has been submitted or not as I didn't receive any reference number to track my application status. * Everytime I called him and asked about the status of the application he answered me that the SARAL site is not working. Then at last I had to call Mr. Kapil to apply for the issuance of the BIRTH CERTIFICATE. * On 20th March 23, Monday, my application was submitted by Mr. Kapil. Thank you Mr. Kapil for the needful.
