This place is very shabby and has shortage of staff. Aadhar counter is not been taken care of. Although staff is laborious, there is a shortage. Parking only for two wheelers and approach is also not good.

This is regarding te complaint against Amar Colony Post office, Faridabad. The employees here have a very casual attitude. 90% of the times their servers are not working, or they are under renovation or the printer is not installed. Overall pathetic service. who wants to go to postoffice anyways. I just need to upgrade my PPF passbook, which I have been trying to do so for past one year without any success. I even went to head post office in Faridbad assuming my work will be done there, they too diverted me back to Amar Nagar. In todays fast pace world where everything happens within the click of a button, can you image the pain of getting things done through post office. Is there anyone who can look into this and get the things in place

Very poor and slow process. Behaviour is rude and they do not co-operate at all. Are we paying tax to the Govt. For such result??
What is lunch hour for these people as they work slowly and enjoy in between. If a person who is in emergency hurriness what will he/she do ?? Atleast they should keep two person available for the lunch gap.

Two times they have marked our items insufficient address.where in all the details were mentioned in detail with contact details. They will never call to confirm the address. I think its high time govt should outsource this as well.
