I had one of the worst experiences booking through Waltrav Group. Their team showed a complete lack of knowledge about hotels and how they actually operate, which already raised doubts. Once we reached the hotel, the reality was totally different from what they had shown in pictures. When we expressed dissatisfaction, there was absolutely no help or support from their side. Instead of taking responsibility, they started blaming us for selecting from the photos they shared, which is highly unprofessional. At the very least, they should have provided a partial refund of the booking amount considering the situation, but they simply washed their hands off after taking the money. Overall, very poor service, no accountability, and zero customer support. I would strongly advise against booking through Waltrav Group.

This has been the worst experience ever with a hotel booking agent. They suggested a poor and substandard hotel only for their own benefit, without caring about customer comfort or satisfaction. They charged us 8,000 and now there is absolutely no refund process. When we complained, instead of taking responsibility, they simply said: "If you didn't like the hotel, talk to the hotel management and take your money back." This is completely unprofessional, careless, and fraudulent behavior. They only care about money, not about customers. Highly disappointed and will never recommend this agent to anyone. Please stay away for your own good!

The hotel you "confirmed" was a disaster - smelly rooms, an unhygienic pool, and untrained, careless staff. 2. You kept us completely misguided from start to end, hiding behind "3-star" labels while suggesting a property that was nowhere near even basic standards. 3. Paying customers deserve honesty and quality - not being pushed into poor hotels just for your own tie-ups. Stop shifting blame to guests. We cancelled because the property you sold us was below dignity to stay in.
