MM Tower

I have booked tatkal passport service for my infant and i was disappointed with the service. 1. There was no priority for Tatkal. People with normal reservation even those who came after you were given higher priority. 2. No separate facility for old or new born baby. 3. No parking facility outside. 4. TCS staff were okay but government officials were weird but not rude. They were not giving proper answer if you ask any question. I think government should train their officials like how to deal with normal people. 5. It took us 3 hours to complete all of our processes.

Parking available is extremely limited and congested. It is advised that the visitors utilise cabs or public transport to reach there to make it a better pleasurable experience. However, passport office inside is fabulously organised with immaculate execution and clock work precision. Good show to the organisers managing the passport office at MM Towers Gurgaon.

No entry of cars for the applicants / no parking nearby as well better visit via cab

I visited here at Passport Seva Kendra at Ground floor. Useless management at the office with a big group of staff very slow in their work, ultimately resulting in long queue for applicants, whether normal or tatkal. Unprofessional attitude of few employees especially those who are aged. Don't select this centre ever for passport need, better go for Delhi PSKs. It took me approx 5 hours to get a tatkal application submitted. So just think how much will this take for normal applications..
