Environment is calm here. They provide ear mask if somebody feels disturbance from low intensity noises. Security is their main concern. Locker service is provided here and parking space is also available. Air conditioned but can be chilly during summers as AC is very strong as come prepared.

The centre has good computers The keyboard works decent The headphones though are not really noise cancelling and the microphone testing doesn't work The staff is neutral to all problems Passport is mandatory for toefl and gre They just wont accept any other id

Prometric provides Hassle free test experience always! The staff is well co-ordinated, humble and quite helpful. The place is neat and clean, Locker facilities are great. Situated on Sohna road, one can easily have all the meals nearby if someone is appearing for tests and meals have not been planned as major QSRs and fast food chains are available in the complex downstairs. Overall a great experience!

Took the GRE test here. Had a good hassle free experience. Instructions to the centre: From the main flagpole area, enter the left doorway, from the lobby, take a left to the end where youll find the lift lobby, from there take the lift to 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, walk straight till the end of the first corridor and follow the left. Youll see Prometric in room 208

I recently took the GRE at this test center, and my experience was frustrating due to poor administration. The staff refused to provide extra sheets in advance, insisting that I raise my hand when I needed one. This policy would have been fine if they were attentive, but they were often engaged in conversation and took too long to notice me--sometimes over a minute. In an exam like the GRE, where every second matters, waiting for something as basic as a sheet of paper was a major distraction. It disrupted my focus and wasted valuable time, which is unacceptable in a high-stakes test environment. If you're taking an exam here, be prepared for delays in getting assistance. I hope the center improves its responsiveness and professionalism in the future.

I took my USMLE Step 1 exam here. They have clean bathrooms and drinking water available and provide you with lockers. Staff is very nice and they make sure nothing bothers you as you take your exam.

One of the nicest center that you could find, the staff is cordial and well trained. Also there is facility of locker and washroom. And I personally judge the place cleanliness by its washroom cleanliness and I was pleasantly surprised to see the washrooms. Further the desk size and testing setup like monitor and keyboard is top notch, you feel like you have a nice small cabin to yourself. To sweeten the deal they have a pair of noise cancelling headphones at each table. It seems like it is a new test (or really well kept) centre with experienced staff. Overall an excellent experience
