Post office has always been an attractive place to invest. In addition to very high interest rate for different savings and fix deposit schemes, staff working at head post office is very humble and guided me how i can invest my money for better returns. It has been a pleasure to visit sirsa head post office. Thank you

Waiting time is more. No proper guidance from staffs. In appointment slip it is clearly mentioned that no need to take & carry printouts of appointment slip (only phone message for appointment is sufficient) But, here at centre staff is insisting to sought print of slip. We reached at centre 30 minutes earlier then appointment time but after a long waiting of 2-3 hours it is understood that we should give them appointment slip first and take once again appointment time from staff. All these things should be informed well in advance by staff or concerned ministry. Realy very bad & time wasting experience. Better to choose other service centre then Sirsa.

Very great and supportive staff.

It was really a bad experience. Today I visited post office to book the article for speed post . I was in line and waiting for my turn. Suddenly a person came there when my number was second. I did not talk to that person. After two minutes when my turn came, the person who was not in line was trying to book the article first. At the same time, we both were trying to book the article first. The person who was booking the article told me why you are in hurry. He did not tell to that guy who was not in line and was not following the center government guidelines (social distancing) which should be followed in pandemic Corona. The post office employee was taking the side of that person and booked his article first. Which is really bad. He should respect those persons who are coming one by one and following the guidelines. The government should take action against these kind of employees and ask them for voluntary retirement.
