Very bad behavior by the last counter man, i had to ask a question 5 times then only he responded, he was ignoring me like he is the boss there, there was another gyu who calmly responded to my questions very thankful to him
But the last counter guy, i don't know what kind of attitude they are carrying, you are there to help public, why don't you do your only job, i saw there were 4 to 5 people, this guy was arguing with another person instead doing his job. Very bad experience

The postman had marked the Important speed post as "Delivered" without delivering it. We visited the Sohna post office on consecutive two days to follow up and then we received it.
Very irresponsible behaviour. Such behaviour is example of third class customer experience.

Lack of staff and lack of space is the problem here. Sohna is growing now, services also needs enhancement to bring back the business back from courier to the government services that has well trained staff and network in all over India.

Third class services are giving to customer by India post. My Speed Post has reached on 31/11/2021 and delivered on 01/11/3021. But still not received ( 09/11/2021). I have visited Sohna post office 4 times. But no one is there to hear my concern. Employee is being fool to customer by says- 'Kal Aana'.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and process of doing a speed post was very smooth.
But the post office is in a very terrible condition, gives you vibes of typical government office of old times, parking is pathetic, stagnant water outside in the parking and mosquitoes inside post office.
