Passport Seva Kendra

Extremely disappointing experience. I expected well-trained, efficient and helpful staff, but the reality was the complete opposite. My reporting time was 2:30 PM, yet the staff casually informed me that even the 11:30 AM batch was still waiting. They asked me to write my name on an informal sheet of paper for calling turns -- highly unprofessional. Only two staff members were present to handle everything, which clearly shows why the process was so slow and chaotic. No proper management, no respect for time slots, and absolutely zero professionalism. A truly pathetic and frustrating experience. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Don't apply through this office at all, it's better to travel to Delhi and book your appointment there.

Incredible experience. POPSK Model Town Sonipat is rocks. Staff members are supportive,polite and very professional. My overall experience was excellent. I liked their services.

they dont respect the appointment timings. please dont count it will take 10-15 mins. count 1-2 hr waiting time

All things seem mayhem. And there neither any token issue(come first get first appointment turn like system) nor enrollment for SMS is available. And counter B&C is also missing.

Not a good experience at all. I had an appointment of 9:35 and it's already 10:20 they haven't even started yet. Impolite staff.

Very bad experience. 2 people are sitting in Passport Seva Kendra and their aim is to find out small small errors in documents. Unprofessional and untrained staff. No system. Attitude problem. Acc. to govt. Only SMS is sufficient for Appointment but here printout is mandatory....they have their own rules & regulations. For Users, govt. should think about such centres. There is only exploitation in this centre. Avoid this centre and take appointment to Delhi or other near by for Passport.
