Hello sir / Madam I had my password regulated What they entered they wrong pin gave the correct address the sir and Madam in the office He spent 2 hours to just to correction And at last they entered they worng PIN Cond And the waste a lot of time and also talk in very wrong way . Otherwise don't waste your time sitting in the office of you don't feel like working. I applied to the official administration to change the staff All the staff in the passport office should be taught to take first When all the documents were correct So Why did entered worng PIN Cond?? Regional passport office Shimla Appointment date 28/10/25 Time 10 :45am Office Room no 4 or 5 Madam or sir ke saath meri documentation hui thi Plz action two members Mujhe urgently apna passport chahiye tha jo ki inki vajah se delay ho raha hai Jab ki Maine Aadhar card ki photo Apne document ke sath attached ki thi to kyon itni Jyada laparvahi karte hain kam karne mein please i request you always action same time Naa hi office mein koi phone uthata hai agar call kiya jaaye office ke number per agar itni hi laparvahi karni hai to kyon office mein baithe ku ho kahin aur jakar kam karo

They have the worst services They don't attend calls I have asked them to close my files 2 month ago but nothing has been done. They dont attend calls They have no idea how much they harass a common man! Typical government employee behaviour THE WORST!

3 month already i submit application for my son(minor) passport renew.but no update.still under review in R.P.O. so many call said just be patient answer,send an email,nobody respond.it's really annoying service just for RENEW.not even apply for fresh.

Hello passport shimla, mall road, Such a worst experience and miss behavior. Even the office helpline are not good for service and the main office who working there are such a bad miss behavior with me and also not good for talking and speaking. Yes we are depend on them for our paper work but we are sad that such a negative people are working there. Please some people learn to respect to our point to the work. I have wait since from morning and still I am waiting and the end they are telling me that The document are not good scanning. Why they are joking us. We are not came there for waste my time. Thank you for worst service

Passport office guard's are very rude, I came really far to office and reached bit early, I requester guard to sit outside the office however he said "abhi mein ni bthe hu tum kese bth sakti" which sounds so bad because they arranged sitting area but did not allow to sit there!!

Staff handling to consumers are pathetic n not responding well behaviour is very rude
