CID Office

This particular department is the epitome of incompetence, especially the higher level officers who know just to ask money off people and keep them hanging. It took one day for me to submit and verify the documents but it is taking them more than 35 days to sign it. I mean they can't process a passport easily, how can we rely on them for any investigation or intelligence. Shame on you! Shame on the state government that hires such useless and unethical employees.

First time I will praise local police work but in case of CID verification worst experience,verification officer makes me stand in police station for hours for many days and it has been 15 days he didn't send my file to sp office I don't know but very bad experience in case of CID verification, the only way to get out of this shift to another state and get local address of that particular state so that we can apply for tatkaal, they only want a good citizen to suffer their should be proper complaint portal if the local verification officer makes delay, it was me only visit him again and again please sir send my file and thebway he talks is helarious..

I applied for PCC in November, 22 and same day the file was sent to the district police station in Samba, I went to the police station continuously for 3 weeks and made a request, then they opened the file and completed the verification from the district now 3 weeks ago. My clearance report from samba was sent to CID office jammu and till now the report has not been received by passport office also there is no contact of any concern person whom we can contact and ask for updates There is one of land line number, I calling on that number from 3 weeks continuously but no one answered. Such a worst service. Same thing happened at the time of passport. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. No one here is honest and responsible for his work, everyone is a bribe taker.

this is my second time updating passport every time CID is taking ages to process passport application. and there is no proper channel of communication with respective department. and the contact numbers mentioned in google none of them answered.

Learning new words day by day . The english teacher is very polite and intelligent and we are progressing speedily...Thank you.

Innocent Childrens are treated as Criminals and many cases are registered against them due to lot of factors... And corrupt officers of this (CID) department are treated as heros by this department... Shameful acts are done by this department... Why there is corruption?? Not becoz of helpless people but due to department like these....

3 months ago But PCC Verification Pending.. Please improve Speed very Slow work .. poor Service
