Extremely Unhygienic Conditions at the Passport Office I recently visited the Channapatna, Karnataka passport office and was extremely disappointed by the unhygienic conditions. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. Unclean Facilities:The waiting area and restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with visible dirt and grime on the floors and surfaces. 2. Crowded Waiting Area:The office was overcrowded with no proper social distancing measures in place, making it feel unsafe and unhygienic. 3. Trash Overflow:Trash bins were overflowing, and waste was scattered around, creating an unpleasant and unhealthy environment. 4. Poor Ventilation:The office lacked proper ventilation, making the air feel stale and increasing the discomfort and health risks for visitors. Overall, the conditions at the passport office were unacceptable and made the entire experience very unpleasant. I urge the authorities to address these hygiene issues immediately to ensure a safe and clean environment for all visitors.

Unacceptable delay - Had appointment for 9.30am slot but concerned person reached only by 2.30pm. You may get early appointment compared to Benguluru centres but processing time is very slow and your appointment would be delayed by 3+ hours. Even if you have taken all required printouts, theu would ask you to get colour printouts from nearby cyber cafe, which seems to be a scam.

You may get early appointments here. but, the processing from any POPSK is very slow. so better visit main branch directly. in case if you are going here pls follow the below, as the same were expected from many when I visited.. 1. take a color print of all the proofs 2. passport copy (all four pages should be one page) 3. Aadhar card (shouldn't have a question mark on the signature portion) There are no public usable toilets or at least a hand wash available here...so, pls your visit well...

Best place for passport verification process who are nearer to banglore..... no crowd and easy process of verification

Don't ever try to make your passport from here it will take 4 months to get your passport in your hand.
