Pathetic passport office. There is no sitting arrangement just outside office for any senior citizen. There will be n number of people who would be coming. And most of the staff members are really rude. The xerox machine lady has sooo much attitude as if she owns the passport office. Some staff members are very polite and have patience. But this office needs lots of improvement. Atleast for waiting people need sitting arrangement and drinking water facility.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service at the Hubballi Dharwad PSK. We have been waiting for over two hours for a passport reissue with no response from staff. More distressingly, there are no arrangements or priority services for mothers with infants. My wife and our three-month-old baby have been left waiting in uncomfortable conditions with zero empathy from the officials on-site. This lack of basic facilities and sensitivity toward families is appalling. I urge the Ministry of External Affairs to review the operations at this center and ensure proper arrangements are made for women and children immediately.
