I had a great experience with City computer and Enterprises in Kundapura. I approached them for a name change related to my passport. After struggling for a long time in Bangalore--where I was constantly told that the correction wasn't possible--I finally visited this office, and I'm so glad I did.
The staff here are extremely polite, well-trained, and professional. They assured me right away that everything could be sorted out, and not to worry. I was genuinely surprised by their expertise--while in Bangalore I was repeatedly told "it's not possible," the team here knew exactly what to do.

Hire some trained professionals, please!!! Just sitting in an air-conditioned room with some makeup on...they don't even know how to type or fill out the form properly. Totally a waste of time and money. Not recommended.

One of the worst experiences ever. Rude and arrogant behaviour from the owner Mr. Sunil. He did all the paper works wrong and when asked why he did that he abused and started yelling as if we only have done wrong coming to him for work. Whoever reading this post please don't even try going to this place for any work.
