Simply creates hassle..they ask irrelevant documents.they try to find issue in documents even in the passports which they themselves have issued. I would say if you find tatkal slots in bangalore go there than here.specialy if you are northy even north karnataka bcz they do discrimination. I went with 2 Yr kid for reissue as my passport expired and they were trying to find reason to reschedule. Even if you reach on time,have all documents attested and everything in place, followed all rules regulations they will try their best to reject or force to reschedule. It all depends on them if they want to proceed with your application they will even with many errors but if they don't want then they will ask unnecessary xerox or documents. HOPE GOVT TAKES SOME STRICT ACTION HERE.

Lack of proper knowledge makes this a poor place to apply for a passport, even though it is less crowded than Bangalore. Security guy stopped me at the counter and began validating my documents. It is unclear what authority or eligibility he has to do so. He pointed out an alleged mismatch but was unwilling to clearly explain or answer my questions. The staff inside were polite and helpful, but the behavior of the security guard significantly worsened the overall experience.

One of the worst passport seva Kendra they don't even have knowledge of what they are doing. Please don't apply at this Center they have no knowledge of surname or your actual name. I have been there two times and still they ask me correct the names in my documents. And I don't know a random person comes out and if we are delayed by 5 minutes or so He send us out and say we need to re book the appointment they have zero knowledge of what they are doing. Worst please to apply for a passport

Best pasport seva kendra, my passport process done in 10 minutes go with original documents along with photo copies of each documents. Don't forget Xerox copies put your signature in each photo copy. Please cross check all spelling of your name, father name, mother name and DOB in each documents before appointment otherwise your appointment will be rejected ( Documents required any 3 of this SSLC score card, Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter id, Driving licence original and Xerox copy)

Very polite and courteous staff. I have not seen such a responsive team in a government department before. The process was smooth, and the overall experience was pleasant and impressive.

Carry original documents with proper photocopies. Staff are cool and answers all queries with a smiling face. Good service.

Just bring original marksheet of either 10th or PU , PAN card and AADHAR CARD. Anyway the one who checks all these documents asks you to go to the opposite Xerox shop to take photo copy no matter even if u have it or not. E aadhar is also done there .. Feels like it's tie up , that's the reason he tries to find mistake in the xerox copy even though I carried color copy

Print E Aadhar in addition to all your documents and come, otherwise they will not let you inside. Had to wait 1-2 hours from the appointment time as there are only 2 officers at the center but once inside things move quickly. Morning slots have less wait time compared to afternoon slot. Police verification was triggered the very next day after submission here.
