GK Vale Mysore

My review is a 'poor' one only because GK Vale wasn't at the location the map took me to. People around that place directed me to its new location a kilometre away...but it wasn't anywhere there. After hunting for a good half an hour, I went to a smaller studio. Job got done... probably saved a few hundreds... should I actually give a better rating then?

One of the best studios for passport pictures. You are out of the studio with your pics in less than 10 minutes. The only issue is with the location in Google. Its updated wrong. The studio is close to PSR silks. Was difficult to reach there as I had no clue when Google took me to a wrong location. Rest is fine.

Good Service. I went to GK Vale to make my visa photo. They asked to wait for an hour for the photo delivery. Delivered with the quality and suitable for the Visa.

Worst Customer Service at Mysore GK Vale. They do not guide you properly. I have been GK Vale Bangalore's customer since 18 years but have got disappointed for anything. Yesterday I had been to Mysore GK Vale store for printing a 12*15 Matt finish photo. The photo was taken on an iPhone. I gave the photo to one of the staffs there. He told me that the photo cannot be printed in the size that you require because there will be no clarify. Later I gave him another picture that has been taken on a canon 700D. This picture he said he can print but this too will not be very clear he said. I replied to him saying that is ok. He told me the price for a matte finish photo print with frame. I told him that I already have a frame and that I wanted only a photo print. The staff incharge told me that only matte photo print cannot be provided and that it would take three days to deliver the same if I wanted it with frame. I asked him why it would take three days he told me that, the same has to be sent to Bangalore to get it done. I cancelled the order and went to Rekha Color Lab, which is located on Dhanvanthri Road Mysore and got the photo that was clicked on my iPhone printed(size 12*15) with a matte finish for Rs.150 in just 20 min. GK Vale is such a reputed and technically well organised establishment but it has failed very badly to fulfil the need of a customer. And the time they take to attend a customer is so bad.

Good photo studio in Mysore. Can get passport/ Visa photos done here. Located in a convenient place. They undertake functions photography also I think.

Visited this place for my German visa requirement biometric photo. These guys know what we want exactly. Just took an hour to get my photo copies. Very smooth experience.

Awesome experience with GKVale guys. If you need any good photos/album you should consider them, let that be a passport, visa or a family event!

Not good. I had gone to take a print and the whole experience was not upto the mark. Didn't expect this from GK Vale Mysore as they have a good name in Bangalore. The rates are pretty expensive compared to other photo studio and even for a passport photograph they ask you to wait or come later whereas these days almost everywhere one can get these instantly.
