We felt this travel agency is Just perfect. We came for vacation from Chennai, we had the best time, travel and safety.

My sincere request is to avoid this agency. Driver Lokesh feels the he is the only person in this world who owns a car. Pokes his nose in customer's family discussions and expects customers to follow his recommendations for route, food etc. Switches off Airconditioner without asking the occupants, keeps murmuring to display his arrogance. He refused to go on various roads claiming that the road is bad, whereas all other cars were travelling. Please be careful while booking their vehicle, as they charge driver bata from 6 am to 10 pm and double after 10 pm. I do not understand which customer starts his journey at 6 am, as we all have breakfast and start by around 9 am. Overall experience was bad.

Very professional and well managed set up. Jayakumar is a thorough gentleman committed to satisfy the customer. The drivers try to cheat you. The company must impart lessons in honesty to the drivers in a sort of a toolbox meeting every day. Overall the service is very satisfying.

Worst service possible on the recent drop off to bangalore airport last week, they had sent an Innova with only 4 nuts on the rear wheel instead of 5, by the time we noticed it we had done half of the trip already and requested for a different vehicle, but the drivers we rude and also the owner was rude saying nothing will happen it's OK to drive with only 4 nuts in the rear wheel, after the trip also they were blaming us that we were rude to them. I wouldn't recommend them, if they could behave like this for repeat customers not sure what would they do for new customers.

Very neat and well maintained cars. Their staff are very well behaved and courteous.Their drivers are always very experienced and reliable. They maintain time. It's always been hassle free and comfortable ride. Thank you

Excellent drivers and ride quality. Clean cabs and good cars. Very safe and secure. My sister was travelling alone tfrom Bangalore and the journey was top notch without any issues. Mr. Jayakumar is reassuring and keep up the good service.

We booked a tempo traveller for a couple of days and an innova for an outstation trip.Both drivers were courteous and the ride quality was good.

Please do not consider this agency for any kind of visa work. It consists of incompetent, unprofessional, and deceiving agents. My friends and I paid for our visas to be processed 15 days prior to our holiday. We were informed that the visas have been applied for, and they deceived us claiming the visas were rejected by the consulate 2 days prior to our departure date. They also gave false information saying that Singapore is not letting single people in and all sorts of bulls*** Upon further inquiry and interrogation we find out that they never even applied for the visas. As there was no proof of application or a tracking number. They were least sorry about their mistakes starting from their desk agents to the person who owns the company. We lost a lot money and time. They gave us nothing but stress and tried to swindle our money. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend these unethical and disgusting travel agency to anyone.
