Worst experience ever.. When i was gone for driving license test without any agent no one is supporting or not even saying what to do every one is trying to fail your test. While submitting the document they will ask about minor mistakes and disorder of the documents. While test is going on officer is stubborn and ruthless he failed the test because of minor mistake and the agents are backbiters. after all they if you did with us your test will be passed and if is there a major mistake... they failed me two times because of minor mistake... they will not guide about the test and because of that everyone is failing.... after the test result is pass they will not Proceed your application they willl keep it as pending as it is..

Absolutely pathetic experience with government office, be it any sector. Those people who've applied for DL through online and directly were treated harshly than those who came with broker Me being a direct applicant will discuss the difficulties. Firstly you'll need to wait for more than 2 hours under the scorching heat, next you'll be given the hard task to drive the vehicle. Also they'll find any of the mistake from you and fail you in the test. Hopefully, I read all the guidelines and rules, also I was pretty confident in driving, because I was not a driving school learner. I gave all the tests cleanly. Officers will complete the work as fast as possible but it's very crowded. Reach the office atleast before 10 30 AM

I had a great experience over there...

I had a very horrible experience in Puttur RTO office. I went to RTO office at 11am and I had my Slot at 12:30 - 1:30pm. When I arrived at morning everybody who where present there to give test told to circle the tree by their vehicle, most of them were people who came with broker. When my turn came at 12:30pm the RTO officer (inspector) who was there until that time went to Sulya. So I went to RTO chamber and request the RTO, so he told me to wait. Due to my documents problem, it some time, so my test started at 2:45pm. Along with me there was another person who applied through online, without help of broker. The RTO officer gave us a very hard test. He told me to drive the vehicle with reverse gear and circle the tree which nobody else was told to do. And with motorcycle he told to drive in 8 shape. Whoever went with in morning batch in which most of them were with broker had a very easy test. Person who went without broker was treated differently and given hard task. There is a diagram which was drawn by RTO officer to show how to drive. (attached) Please treat everyone equally.

I'm manivannan first DL date is 15-03-2021on time ap transport server not working before application and after payment cut my money also no response still not working the best ap transport site sever not only my friends also so I miss the test and second My DL date 6-4-2021 on puttur -517583 ap the morning to make circle in bike so I do very well I'm not do any mistake like bike off , gear exchange by race , between round I never place my lag into land ,I wear helmet and both turning I on indicator on both side left and right also then I follow previous my friend DL driving test after I diver bike do round and my friend and others say u will pass . Finally I did not understand why I am fail in the test. So my best request is after your DL you please check you are pass are not on the time on the sparte ok. thank you.

Very corrupted rto officer here...everyone there looking for bribe only......for all those who go through broker every work is done very fast no test nothing....if we go direct without broker you get no lisence....they fail by saying that you violated some rules...terrific experience.....very corrupted officers...only setting between brokers and rto officers....for direct test without broker timings will be different and all the procedures must be followed...if you go through broker no test nothing.....before 9:30 test is conducted all at once....rto approves all applicants through brokers but not direct applicants.....not recommended for anyone....very corrupted place I have ever seen....

Every where of rto full of BROKERS, there no one give vehicle to give trial for DL I suggest all to apply application in Cyber or smart phone Book a slot Then come rto with your vehicle or anybody known And having all documents of dl application as well as vehicle If u go with broker they may ask 4500rs for 2&4wheel vehicle But, When we go privately it cost around 1300rs for 2&4wheel vehicle
