Clean place, easy to locate through google maps. The good part of this sub register office is there is plenty of paid parking. Parking fee is only Rs 40 for four wheeler. This place is opposite to a temple so easy to locate. Not much rush inside office. One thing to note is there is enough seating inside.

We got it done online via the Kaveri portal. Followed all the steps. The person who signed it is Girishchandra sir. He told us the shortcomings in our application and promptly finished everything. Fo people like us who could not plan a trip to the office, he was very very cordial; explained everything on phone. Thanks for helping out. And yes, no bribe was involved. Everyone was very professional.

The new process and upgraded office have a whole new experience. We knew when to reach. Then one picture and thumbs impression and 30 mins waiting for a few signs. That's All!! I have been visiting this office for 5-7 years, now you can have feelings that this kind of govt office only exists in Bengaluru. People give low ratings because of bribes or extra payments. You already know how we are part of that system.

It is updated here that on Saturday it will be open till 3:30 p.m. However, it is not true. I visited here on Saturday around 2 p.m. and it was completely closed. Kindly update the timing properly; otherwise, it is a harassment for people.

Wait, wait wait... Worse than RTO offices. Server is down excuse.. It is always there. Government servants at their worst.... Wish we can change our systems to give the users the ability to review these offices performance in terms of wait time of their users and sack the bottom performance office heads and employees like these immediately. These are the most understaffed government offices with manually-intensive processes wasting away our country's productivity and their sleeping heads/bosses must be swatted with no mercy. Facts: Ours is a reregistration of flat after loan transfer. We were told to come at 11am, so by noon or max 2pm we will be done. We were called in at 4:20pm to do photo and finger scan. Then papers printed, which we needed to sign, that took another 30minutes. Still waiting to get those papers..., And yes it is a Saturday. What I would do if I were the boss of this office: Outsource all paper prep including photo, finger scan and signature to outside licensed agencies (users can go to any of them to get them prepared) - note those agencies pay to get license. This office should only take preprepared papers and scan them in to system, return receipt with multiple counters using token system, where appropriate wait time is shown to user. If wait time is greater than 5mins increase counters. If money is not coming equal to before, create priority queues with guarantee of max 5min wait time and charge to make up the amount falling short. No kickback money lost, enough to earn by giving licenses to friends and family and kickbacks from agents. Users vote on the quick and easy service. Happy bosses, happy employees and happy users should be the goal. We owe it to the younger generation. The progressive India demands quality service and is willing to pay. These are home owners, not ration card holders.

As it's with most regular govt offices this place is no different. To get work done it takes a lot of time and other things. Most of the times the server is down & its a big thing if the work is done on the same day itself.

Horrible government employees, registration was scheduled 2 days ago, been coming here from past two days and the Sub registrar comes as per his timings, maybe his in laws house, irresponsible employees. Better they resign or give up the post for someone who comes on merit.

As expected this one is just like any other government offices where no rules no social distancing followed Super crowded mostly because of nearby areas development or apartments Seating space is very minimal Parking space is good and availability of eateries and xerox shops makes life little simpler
