They offer good parcel service these days. Cost effective and fast .

Staff very good n cooperative. Enough parking space. But, but very bad thing is which should be addressed by authorities, is delay in delivery. How? They pack n send all bags to Aluva Head Post office then from Aluva all shipments goes to Kochi HPO hub where sorting starts then journey starts. It sucks. One small parcel booked on Dec. 11th to Thrissur, it delivered on Dec. 17th From Angamaly we can hand deliver within 2 hours. It took indiapost to deliver 6 days. You won't get sms of booking or delivery. But staff good.

People working there are atrocious they donot have any humanitarian consoderation,when l have gone to give 1 post l was late by 25 seconds they hesistated to take the post
