Actually I don't want to give a single star for this centre. Very bad customer dealing.Today I came there on 10:45,that time they asked me for waite .We stay there for more than 3 hours, but didn't do their service. Desparately we came back to home at around 3 pm. Only loss of time.Very sorry to say if you don't know how to deal the customers please stop the job.

A helpful Akshaya centre located by college road Erattupetta. Staff are helpful and in comparison to other Akshaya centres it is quite calm and quiet. Located by the side of state bank of India on the same floor (first floor), it is easy to access but car parking can be a problem. Two wheeler parking is easily done but a car parking slot may be difficult find.

Organization and efficiency of the centre were severely lacking. There was a noticeable lack of coordination among staff members, resulting in confusion and unnecessary delays. The centre appeared understaffed, with long queues and extended waiting times, leaving because of feeling neglected and frustrated.

The way they approach us is not so good. They show careless attitude towards customers. More than 5 persons are working there. But only a few of them do know how to operate everything properly. Due to their carelessness my father's PAN card address was wrongly entered.

This one is on the road opposite to Aruvithura St. George church. This guy uploaded and processed the application for change of address. But it got rejected. once money is received these guys show a different colour. Very poor attitude. Primarly they don't want to take any pain. They behave as though they are doing great free service.
