I'm quite surprised that there is no token system or designated counters in place, as these would help keep the service well organized and ensure tasks are handled properly. I'm not sure how they manage people on a first-come, first-served basis. It doesn't seem efficient to complete the easier tasks first and leave the more complex ones for later. We had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 11:45 AM, but it took 1:30hr just for them to take our application. After that, we were required to stand throughout the entire application process as there was no seating arrangement provided. We had to wait from 11:45 until 5 pm to complete our application. Really disappointed that we are still facing these problems in this digital world.
