We booked a tempo traveler for 4N 5D and all the sight seeing places were mentioned before 2 months while booking. They assigned Badhusha as our driver who is not well known about the sight seeing places and their details. We didnt get any proper suggestion from this driver. As we were new to the place, we expect some suggestions from the driver everytime.1st day we booked for alleppey boat house with all the 3 times food and which is 15 mins from the station. On that whole day driver was on rest. Next day mrg, we started to Vagamon and it was raining. So no sight seeing on that day. He was on rest. 3rd, we booked 2 jeeps for ulliponi forest. So on that day also he was on complete rest. 4th day we started to kochi and dropped at a villa. Even though its a town, we dont have any complimentary foods there..we need to go and eat outside. So we called the driver at 7.45pm for picking up to drop at restaurant.. He harshly told like he need some rest and I will not take van.We were having 3 infants and there were no food options and nothing in home. Then after calling the owner she says like, van cannot be taken after 7.30pm and I will talk to the driver. This was not mentioned for 2 mnths from booking till the day of arrival. It was completely a mess and driver was so sleepy everytime. I will not suggest him to anyone. Management, please give all the instructions to the customer before booking. So they can plan. We thought like we can use the vehicle anytime as we pay for 5 days.

Excellent service.. Each and every staff here is awesome. Due to the recent changes in Saudi visa stamping and vfs, my visa got rejected when I submitted it first time directly. Co incidentally, met Mr Azeez from Fine travels (which is located at a walking distance from vfs global, kochi).They checked and verified all documents, submitted again and got my visa stamped within 10 days or less. I would also like to thank Ms Beena ,Mr Aftab, and Miss Sneha who also helped a lot. Friendly , helpful and really good staff to assist you. Highly recommended.
