I would have liked to give 0 star or even negative stars but there's no such options. A very common message was sent from passport office to this agency regarding appointments, they misunderstood the message and called all the clients to let them know the passport office system is frozen and all appointments are cancelled. When we approached them (the staff was a lady ) they behaved very poorly and rudely. But thankfully we directly approached the passport seva kendra Cochin and they were very efficient and magnificently handled the situation and supported us. We were granted slot by them directly. I would suggest everyone not to go to this agency and waste your time but rather go to the passport office directly.

Fraud. Photocopy 15. Scanning is 50! People coming for Passport seva, beware. Attitude of staff is also bad.

It's just like a staff sit with blade.. charging big amount for service.. Rs. 30 for print out.. they are exploiting the people's situation

Very bad service and its very expensive for every services they do even for prints or photocopies also. I have to get a colour print, they said they don't have colour printing. I asked them for any other shops nearby they mislead me saying that they don't know, eventhough there was colour printing next to next shop.Try looking for other centres nearby.

Black and white Print out costs 15rs and they don't even have ink in their cartridge !!
