I had the best experience with NORKA Roots.
*Since I was from an autonomous college, there was an additional verification required from the university, which caused a small delay. My experience with norka ekm was smooth and efficient , all the staff were well mannered and speedily rendered required attestation, they also politely addressed all queries. If you forget to take copies or missing any print outs they have an online desk inside the office. Overall its an easy process.

Just like any other govt office the thing they are good at is to make citizens run around and delay matters all for a slight reduction of cost. If you bring your prints/copies from outside and make your notary attestations from Notaries whom they do not favour, they'll mostly make you walk for it. For apostille they asked for 35 days while a private agency in ernakulam offered it in 1 week and you don't even have to visit them.
Better approach private authorised agencies outside. They might charge you a little more but will do the job quicker and hassle free.

Guys i dont know where to write about this review.I felt like to write here in head office review section.I took norka insurance because of some technical issues my daughter who is just 22 days old was not added in the insurance.After that My daughter got hospitalized.Then Mr.Abhijith who helped me in every stages from adding her to the insurance until the claim getting approved.This person is a gem .Guys if you are a person abroad who is looking for a insurance no doubt Norka Insurance is the best choice .

There are some helpful staff. Usually after lunch the situation worsens. Currently they were not following the online appointment timing and made applicants write their name in a book and Called them in a first come first served basis. So if you come early you can leave early. Otherwise you might have to wait.
Update: The previous system has changed and now they're following the token system. The staff are much friendlier and understanding now. Try using the metro to travel as it will be less hectic.

The place is at MG road metro station. So it is easily accessible. The entry to the building commences at 9.45 am. Hence, no need to reach early. They call candidates according to registration/appointment number. Please take your slot from Notkaroots website.
Although, they may allow to take on-site appointment, if they have free slots. But, you have to wait at the end of the queue. There are two sessions, one for A slot candidates and another for B slot candidates. leave the space by 2 pm.
Approximate 50 applicants in each slot. So, the ideal time for B slot candidates shall be after 11 am. The list of required documents are attached here. Please be sure to bring any one of last three items in the list.
The applicant need to wait for their turn. Office is in the 7th floor and on 1st floor coffee shop and juice available...

1) Norka attestation was done in 1 hour time, which was very quick and all the team members were very efficiently managing the process.
2) xerox section is available inside ,so if you missed any copies, you can take it there.
3) they were very kind and helped the process with a smiling face which didn't get unnoticed.
4) washroom provision is inside and it's clean
5)drinking water is available and chairs are enough inside to wait during the process.
Had really good experience from the staffs here.
