Very bad crowd management and money focused they simply wanted everyone to take the premium package. The elders and kids are forced to stand on the road.

The place is nice but there is no space for parking. The place is somewhat far from the main road so it is not easily noticeable from moving traffic. Also we will find it difficult to find this place even if it is on the road side. Actually its the place for visa application for the countries UK, Ireland, Thailand/Turkey and Australia. But it is not mentioned in the marker. Please note: If you are coming for the morning 8:30 it will be difficult to find an opened photostat shop. But there is a shop named Shiza tours and travels at the left side of this building which will be useful to everyone. Inside the office everything is good and excellent. The staffs and services are outstanding. Everything is well arranged and managed also have very good security check.

Good service. Helpful attenders. I took regular service, but they let me do my biometrics via premium service since it was vacant.

No parking area. Take a lot of procedures. Xerox and internet printing shops which open by 8:00 are near by this office.

S & T Arcade is the name of the building. But for the customers who will search for VFSO little difficult to point out location. For all visa processing first take appointment through online process. Once date is confirmed you can be on time. For any doubt during application filling you can approach nearby person shown in attached photos which will help you a lot. Office will work only from Monday to Friday 10 to 5.

It's mentioned that closed on 3pm.but no worries it will open. I had appointment at 5:30pm & it's my experience...

I have read many negative comments, but staffs area really nice and helpful. Process takes bit longer due scanning the documents. All over good experience.

We experienced the worst scam at this center. Despite having a pre-booked appointment and all necessary paperwork for our UK visa application, the staff repeatedly pressured us to purchase premium services. I was asked multiple times to upgrade, and at one point, they even implied that my appointment might be delayed if I didn't opt for these extras. This raises the question--why bother booking an appointment if we are going to be pressured like this? Their main job is simply to collect documents, take a photo, and scan fingerprints, yet they push unnecessary services at every step. Thankfully, despite refusing the premium services, my appointment went ahead on time, proving that these add-ons are just a way to extract more money from applicants. Their idea is to trick people into thinking that they offer something grand if opted for premium. They have lots of clients who are elderly who may fall for this. 1 star is for the good quality air conditioner. Tip for anyone visiting: Do NOT fall for the premium services--they are a complete waste of money!
