Very bad experience..!! They don't seem to realize that it's 2026 already.. They still need a lot of updates. When they asked for an immigration stamp on the passport, I told them that I came through the e-gate. They don't even know what that is. They rejected it and said they would renew it only if I came with a passport that has an immigration stamp."

The staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with ease. The facilities were clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for everyone. The online appointment system worked like a charm, saving me a lot of time. Once inside, the process was swift, and the officers were highly professional, ensuring all my documents were in order. The waiting area was comfortable and had ample seating. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which my application was processed. It's evident that the team here is dedicated to providing top-notch service. My recent visit to the Passport Seva Kendra was mostly smooth, but two areas need attention. Firstly, the lack of parking facilities made it challenging to find a spot nearby. Secondly, the staff weren't very helpful with minor application mistakes. Despite these issues, the Kendra's online appointment system, cleanliness, and processing time were commendable. It's a valuable service, but improvements in parking and customer assistance would enhance the experience.

Worst experience. Took more than 22 days to receive passport and removing shoes in every office in India its soo annoying. Cleaning your premises is your duty for that why should we remove our shoes??

Very small place and only 2-3 staffs were available, they don't have parking which makes it nearly impossible to get here on time. Even though they have appointment facility its not possible to go according to that because of limited staff and we end up falling behind on time. But staffs here are very courteous, specially the one sitting in the beginning wearing glass. These people remind us that you can be polite with people for no reason as well. This place needs renovation. And parking facilities considering this is one of the busiest office

I recently visited the Kasargod Passport Seva Kendra and was quite disappointed with the facilities and overall setup. To begin with, there's no proper arrangement for footwear - visitors are required to leave their shoes outside in an open area, which feels both disorganized and unhygienic. The waiting area inside is very limited, with little space and inadequate seating, leading to overcrowding. This not only makes the environment uncomfortable but also adds unnecessary stress, especially for parents carrying young children. It's challenging for families who need to manage kids in such a crowded, confined area. Additionally, there is no dedicated parking space, making it inconvenient for visitors who drive, as they have to search for parking in the nearby area. On top of all this, the service is very slow, which means longer waiting times in already uncomfortable conditions.
