Very pathetic service, staffs almost all are very rude there. we waited for more than 2hours for kid's aadhar, they kept repeating to visit some other center. They expect 1 and half year to stay freeze for photo, as my kid was not freezing for picture they refused to process and ask us to visit some other center.when i countered like which kid will freeze for photo, they were like go and complain anywhere, kind of mocking.

Very bad experience with the staff. The lady in the C7 cabin was extremely rude and arrogant while speaking to customers. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic professionalism. Management should take strict action to prevent this kind of attitude toward customers.

For Adhar Update be there at 8.50AM to collect token. Update time (Token 01) starts from 9.40AM. Token que is irrespective of the time you reach. For Address update Have Passport, else Pancard/Voters ID+Ration card copy required. [ Fill forms in Capital letter, for new form you may face long delay ] Service was good (May be they were in good mood ). Service charge of 100/- or 150/- depends of Adhar update. Gpay available .

I took my 1yr old twins to take baal aadhar. Once i reached there and seeing my babies they said they don't take aadhar for children below 5. Akshaya centre people cannot work. They only need money. I don't know why government is still depending on akshya centre for these things in this advanced technical era. Pathetic experience. If you can't work efficiently why you have opened this centre? To fool common people? Shame

Pathetic service level. We waited for one hour to get token and the slot we received was at 12 pm. We arrived at the centre on time and were made to wait near one hour, while the centre was filled to maximum capacity. There was barely any place to stand lest sit. After we managed to meet with the agent, we were told that despite giving away 70 tokens, they could only accommodate 40. In addition to that, they only had one system dedicated to Aadhar. I vehemently hope that change can be brought to this system where ordinary civilians have to toil away for hours to receive something so essential. Finally, we were asked to come the next day, according to their availability. One day later, I can confirm I have neither received the call nor have filled the application.

Poor regard for customers, they are not working there for the alloted time and leaving before hand for their convenience

I suggest not to go there if you are going for taking new aadhaar or aadhaar modification especially if you are going with small kids.. We feel they are not working there, they are enjoying their holidays.. They wont consider you they will be having snacks.. going out to pick their chidren,drop their children.. please dont go in between 3 and 5.. they have to pick their children drop them feed them etc etc I reached their with 2 of my children 2 year and 7 year by 3:45pm.. two counters were there.. one lady was sitting having snacks and laughing n informed me she is not feel well ,so she closed her counter.. other counter lady went out to drop her child.. we waited there and when she came back she started enrolling for my daughter , it took about one hour and she informed me that as my aadhaar is not updated it cant be done.. Then i informed that wheni reached i already informed my aadhaar is updated only for mobile in 2021 and they told it is fine so only we wasted 2 hours there.. for that there reply was if i want they will enroll for my daugher but you wont get aadhaar ...minimum courtesy is not there..

Very bad customer service. Nobody considered our need and not at all helpful
