I had a great experience with Syndicate Visa Services while applying for my mother's Canadian Visiting Visa. I first contacted Syndicate in August 2025 with the plan of bringing my mom to Canada in the early months of 2026. Since I was in Canada and the agency was based in Kerala, I was initially concerned about how smooth the process would be but everything turned out to be very well-coordinated and stress-free. The documentation part was handled by Suvetha, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She provided clear guidance at every step and responded to my messages instantly despite the time difference between Canada and India. The document verification, SOP preparation, and collection took around one and a half months, but once we submitted the application, my mom received her visiting visa approval within just 10-15 days. The passport stamping process took about a month after that. Nikhil, the consultant, was also supportive in clarifying our doubts whenever needed. Overall, I would especially like to appreciate Suvetha for her constant support and valuable guidance, she truly deserves the credit for making this entire process smooth and successful for us. We approached this consultancy for our Switzerland trip and were seeking assistance for a Schengen visa. The service charge was 11,800 per person (23,600 for two applicants). During the active discussions, they cleared our doubts and communication was prompt. At the time of payment, we were not clearly informed verbally that the service charge was non-refundable. The refund policy was mentioned later in an email sent after the payment was made. While we acknowledge that we did not specifically ask about the refund policy before paying, clearer upfront communication regarding non-refundability would have helped us make a more informed decision. Due to personal reasons, we decided to cancel our travel plan. The 2,000 refunded was a separate amount paid for itinerary preparation and was returned after request. No portion of the main service charge was refunded. We were informed that the remaining service charge could be adjusted for future services, and we were initially open to using their services again. However, despite repeated messages over the past week, we have not received written confirmation regarding this adjustment. Because of this lack of communication, we have now decided not to proceed with their services in the future. Consistent communication and transparency are important at every stage, even if clients choose not to continue. Future customers are advised to clearly understand refund policies and obtain written clarification before making payment.

I strongly do not recommend this visa agency in India. We hired them to assist with the U.S. visitor visa process for my uncle and aunt, trusting their expertise to handle the paperwork correctly. Unfortunately, due to a clerical error made by the agency, the application process was compromised and we are now forced to start the entire process over again. This mistake was entirely on their end. Despite this, the agency is refusing to refund the fees we paid or take responsibility to correct the issue. We worked directly with an agent named Vishnu Priya and also escalated the matter to upper management. After raising our concerns, they have stopped answering our calls and no longer respond to messages. We are now out a significant amount of money and valuable time because of their negligence and lack of accountability. Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company for any visa services.
