The BEHAVIOR of the staff in the office is good. Especially Madam JAYASREE. She helped me a lot to get the ration card. She even shared information over the phone and on WhatsApp. But the BEHAVIOR of the NON-CLERICAL STAFF is not so good. Their BEHAVIOR is similar to that of ordinary government office staff. It is a FEELING that they are doing something for us for FREE. And one more thing is. There is always a terrible RUSH there. there is 99% chance of spreading CORONA virus from there. Take the necessary PRECAUTIONS before going there. It feels like standing in a refugee camp. My opinion is that it would be great to implement a TOKEN SYSTEM there Just like in the passport office kochi. if you give the date and time online, people will come at that date & time. Then this congestion can be reduced well. Thanks

Yes i got nice service from staff. They told me not to come they will do when server come back. And given me phone number to do follow up. I have compared with this akshaya staff. Horrible staff in akshaya,they think they are the main thing.

Taluk supply office is situated in CHULLIKAL, everyone cant reach there easily. There is a way near to the PETROL PUMP in chullikal, through that way hardly 200 m, its towards right after a turning, in that turning please notice there will a perfume shop. After that perfume shop, supply office is in the right side of the road.

Visited the City Rationing Office &Taluk Supply Office, Kochi, at mattanchery for updating my grandmothers ration card. They staff there were very cooperative and super helpful. They guided me with the requirements and I got the ratio card within 35mins. Super fast and reliable service

We were not given the kits during corona time. When I went to ask for them with a written complaint, they yelled at me. But they had taken my fingerprint scanning. I suspect there is corruption going on here. We haven't received any of the kits that we were supposed to get. There was a very long queue in the office. Everyone had faced similar issues. I haven't received a single kit until now.

From the looks of it, it is a typical government office. The work also happens at the same pace. The only redeeming factor is that the staff has a good attitude towards the people who come there and genuinely want to help

Staff people are very resposive and fast. But all need to be done at Akshaya Center before getting here. One suggestion to Member adding section need bit more active to provide best result.

First go for a random visit collect what all documents you want for your thing.Get along with needed documents.Then visit again... Because time is important for all of us.dont go their and ask can I get it by today.its not possible.
