Every single staff member was incredibly helpful and patient, making sure all documentation was completed correctly and that the items were packaged securely and thoughtfully. He was generous with his time, carefully walked us through the entire process, and made sure everything was handled perfectly so the package would arrive smoothly. I had a fantastic experience at the Kochi PO. I had a parcel which was due to arrive on the day after I was leaving Kochi. The Postmaster, Krishna, was incredibly helpful in arranging for my parcel to be delivered a day early. He went above and beyond to make arrangements for it and was brilliant in every way.

What an amazing post office, everyone was so helpful and it seemed like a really happy place to work. Would highly recommend using them for shipping stuff home. Packaged everything for us too. Genuinely enjoyed spending half am hour here, price was also incredible!!

Even though windows stickers say pay with upi/card, it is CASH ONLY (as of now) Tellers did an excellent job, expect to spend an hour here though
