Pack Your Passport was recommended to us through a travel page and wow, what a wonderful gem we found. Ella was so thorough from the moment we spoke and gave us a detailed itinerary with lots of recommendations and was available to us throughout the trip on WhatsApp which was so useful for any questions we had along the way. We only had four days in Kerala so wanted to make the most of our time there. Every little detail was planned with love so we got the most from our experience. She arranged a driver for the whole trip who was a beautiful soul and spoke perfect English, we felt so looked after as we traveled around. Every hotel we stayed in was beautiful, central to where we wanted to be, and perfect for our little family. Staying on the houseboat for us was the highlight of our trip, magical from start to finish. Ella also arranged for us to visit an orphanage whilst we were there and it was such a special part of our visit. would ABSOLUTELY recommend Pack Your Passport if your looking for someone to plan a trip that will meet all your travel needs and more, we feel so blessed to have found them, thank you Ella xx

First trip to India, and I've got to say its a holiday I will never forget for all the right reasons.. I organised this through "Pack Your Passport" and all through the build up to going I dealt with Ella. It was recommended to me through a friend who also went with this company. From start to finish, it was the best experience I have ever had considering I was there for 16days. I was a little nervous as I was travelling solo from Scotland hitting big India, but soon felt at ease when I met my driver at the Airport. Ella kept in touch with me throughout, and I would say she even went out her way to make sure I was picked up and dropped off at all my locations. Everyone of the drivers and tour guides were excellent! Taking me to places I would never have found. These were little hidden gems for a tourist to be shown. My first day was in Panjim(Goa) with a tour the next day organised. Was a little hungover for the tour, Ella's fault for recommending Joseph's Bar for a drink!! Was there all night drinking all sorts!! Was too good ;) From Panjim I then went to North Goa for the next 3/4 days, before I set off to Kerala in overnight train. Munnar Hills for the next 3nights, then Fort Kochi for a few days with a overnight boat house arranged in Alleppey, before going back to South Goa for my remaining days. Each step of my journeys was carefully worked out for me. I never had to worry about places to eat as Ella had already recommeded them to me in all areas I stayed. She also popped up with the odd watsapp of a new place to dine last minute. They never disappointed. The food was excellent! I would highly recommend "Pack Your Passport" to anyone visiting Goa and Kerala. This has been the best and most unforgetable holiday I have ever had and experienced. Got to say 10 out of 10 for the amount of work that was put into my holiday. I never had to worry about what to go do on any of my days. I would even go as far as to say it was luxury on a budget. We have had a wonderful time this week in Kerala. Ella worked us out exactly. We really enjoyed the food in Kerala- it is so much more tasty than Hyderabad. We loved the Marari beach hotel that we stayed in. When we go back we want a couple of nights there. Ella's local insights were invaluable. They would have been hard to find these ourselves. All the hotels were great. Loved the 4 days in Fort Kochi. We appreciated the room choice in each place. We are DIY travellers so handing over our planning to someone else was something we did with some trepidation but Ella and Bejoy more than rewarded our leap of faith!

A hassle free weekend away in India, it exists! Although India and hassle free are words not often used in the same sentence, Pack Your Passport makes this work. The lovely couple Ella and Bejoy give their best efforts on providing you a trip to your preferences. We chose for an authentic, culinary and value for money trip. They have booked us an amazing Ayurveda cooking class, a city tour in an autoriksja (Tuktuk), dinner at the most romantic restaurant in town (where we got first row seats!), an lovely authentic hotel, the best Ayurveda massage and transport to and from the airport. If you want to explore Kerala and make the most of your time there whilst nothing wanting to worry about your itinerary upfront. Ella and Bejoy are there to help with a relax weekend very rich in experience. Highly recommended!

We just had the most fabulous two weeks in Kerala thanks to Pack your Passport. The team really listened to what we wanted to do and every location we stayed in was wonderful. All their recommendations were great - tours, cultural experiences and the food . It took all of the hassle out of holiday planning. I cannot recommend Ella and Bejoy's 'Pack Your Passport' boutique travel planning service enough! I've seriously had the most wonderful and relaxing holiday in Kerala. They have found me reliable drivers, bespoke activities and beautiful accommodation and I feel really blessed to have met them both . I told them what I wanted from the trip and they totally delivered. You can tell they've really researched and thought about what people want and need to make a stay in Kerela special and their passion for their home is infectious! All I can say is, I have a heavy heart to be leaving and I'm already discussing my next adventure with them!

I am lucky enough to not just have used Pack your Passport for my travel adventures - but to know the team behind the business as well! I can honestly say that Ella and Bejoy are two of the loveliest people you will ever meet. I'm sure that their caring and friendly personalities is what has made their business so successful! I had previously lived in Kerala for a period of 2-3 months, and had experienced Fort Kochi and life in Kerala, India. Kerala is honestly an amazing and beautiful place, and one that I knew I would always visit again, when the right time came along. My chance came recently finishing up my role at Teacher Development Trust and moving home after 5 years living abroad in the United Kingdom. I had a plan to visit Kerala for a month, but was so busy planning my move home and wrapping up my life in the U.K., I contacted Bejoy and Ella, and asked them to help plan my month getaway. From the moment I contacted the Pack your Passport team, I knew my entire trip would be perfect and exactly what I wanted. Ella remained in regular contact with updates about accommodation and transfer options, as well as options for activities and places to visit dependent on my personal preferences. In the end, I arrived in Kerala with the most amazing itinerary! I visited the lush backwaters of Alleppey, the beautiful beaches of Cherrai and Varkala, the stunning mountain landscapes of Munnar and National Parks of Thekkady. I'm the kind of traveller that loves to mix things up, I'm quite happy staying in basic but simple accommodation, to then treating myself for a few nights of luxury! I also like experiencing local culture, whether it is through a cooking class, a long hike, or just wandering city streets exploring the Arts and cultural attractions. In every area and place I stayed, Ella and Bejoy had fantastic personal recommendations, and Bejoy's knowledge of local Keralan culture and heritage adds the most fantastic personal touch. Ella's attention to detail ensured daily check-ins with me (I miss our daily chats!), and made sure any potential issues I may have had was resolved quickly. While I was travelling, there was some social unrest in Kerala due to the protests regarding Sabrimala Temple, and the "women's wall," to the point I was advised to amend my itinerary so as not to be travelling in the area of the protests at their most severe. Ella made sure everything was sorted, and kept me updated of new details and made sure my trip remained safe, and still as enjoyable as ever! I cannot recommend the Pack your Passport team more highly. They can cater for any kind of holiday to India you are looking for! Whether you prefer rustic, simple, and off the beaten track, or boutique, luxury experiences, they can deliver all of the above. If you have ever wanted to travel and experience India, but are nervous or daunted by the different culture, language, or travelling on your own - the Pack your Passport team is there to help you at every step of the way. Ella and Bejoy organized a 10 day trip through Kerala for us in October 2021 and we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a number of beautiful boutique hotels that were comfortable, clean and had excellent food. Munnar was especially nice and they organized some great hikes. Throughout the trip we had some issues due to heavy rain (experiences being cancelled due to regulations and roads, etc.) and Ella was quick to get in touch with all of the properties and partners to rearrange things so we could do everything we had hoped to do. It was extremely helpful to not have to worry about it ourselves. We were hoping to have a relaxing holiday, experience all of Kerala's natural beauty and enjoy the best of Kerala cuisine and they organized that perfectly.
