They guided us clearly, checked on us while we filled out forms, and even offered us coffee. The office is clean and nothing felt like a typical government office. I visited the FRRO office on 11th November for FTITTP. Before visiting I contacted them and I got a proper response from office,after visiting the office all staffs was very polite and only takes 5min for my biometrics submission. Very nice experience.

I am highly satisfied with the service at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Calicut. The officer here is extremely supportive--he takes the time to explain the system and provides clear directions, which is quite rare in most government offices. I was impressed to see him actively checking with his subordinates about the progress of each customer waiting for documentation. The office staff are polite, cordial, and genuinely welcoming. Instead of calling customers to their desks, they come to the waiting area to assist you. This small gesture made the whole experience feel very different from a typical government office. The office itself is neatly maintained and very clean, making it a comfortable place to be. One officer even switched on the TV for me, and another brought me newspapers to read while I waited. The ambience is so pleasant that you forget you're in a government office. I sincerely hope the government considers sending their staff to this office for training--it truly is a role model for other government offices. Highly recommended!

Excellent service.The best service I have ever received in any government office in India. All the staff are really polite and super helpful especially the regional FRRO officer.
