Regional Passport Office

Nice place with beautiful interior and with nice officers at the starting, But from there officers are very bad and doesn't maintain the customer but they talk each other when a customer wait there.. After that; at the end, (after submitting token) security guard on the departure door gave me a paper and said me to write my name and to sign below.. I read that paper, Then I knew the paper is Feedback Card. At the time I dared to tick in the columns.. But Security said me go 'all are over' and he put it in his drawer.. I think he would tick all columns at columns of best.. But i hadn't time.. Therefore i neglected it...

They ask 50 inside during the first stage process...Many people they don't even know, why did they ask 50 ...?? What happened if you won't give that...?? No need to give any money inside, I enquired about that by calling Calicut Regional office, We are giving that 50 Rs for SMS service... Actually no need of that service, just tell them that I don't want any SMS Service, then they won't take money from you....

It was a very decent service. The behavior of the staff was very polite

Good services. Over crowded. Systematic. Service levels are high. Parking facilities are not available.

Even after taking appointment, long waiting and not served on time..Outside waiting area is so crowded..no wash room/toilet fecility in outside waiting area ..pathetic..
