We had two great treks with Isaac. He advised us and we are happy that we listened to his ideas. During the treks he also told us lots of details on Indian life and culture, very interesting.

Run away. We booked one "tour" the sunday evening for the monday morning. We made the list of what we have to do but the day after the drivers told us that we had to pay extra cost for every visits and some of them was closed. When we came back to office to complain we got some cash back when we said that we will go to Police station. Moreover the car they used was making a lot of noise and must be quite dangerous.

We would like to thank you for organizing all the great trips and tours around Munnar for us. We had the most amazing time! We would like to also thank you for all the advice you provided us with and the service we received and making our time in Munnar worth it. It was great to have someone we could always go to with any questions we had, someone who was always there to give us the right directions. We will always cherish these moments in our hearts, and we hope that you have many more happy customers like us. We wish you all the best for the future!

We came here in the morning and we discussed a deal for the chokramudi sunrise hike, it seemed like a good deal with a guy honestly trying to help us. Then at 18.00 p.m. we suddenly get a text from the guy that the hike is not possible due to forest department regulations and that there is a forest department guy in the office with whom we should talk. This man was suddenly the manager and when he heard the deal we made he called with the number and talked for 5 minutes (in our opinion angrily). Then he started saying it was not possible and tried charging us double, and when we did not accept he wanted to give us some other hikes for more money as well. So all of the sudden our plans for our last day in Munnar were gone and we had to stress plan a lot again.

Isaac, our stay at Munnar wouldn't have been the same without you and your team. The trekking we did through the tea plantations was a real pleasure, our guide, Isaac is really knowledgeable about Munnar, Nature, Tea and History, it was like taking a walk with an old friend. Everything is well organised at this company with very fair prices and no hidden extra cost. What makes this place extra special is the passion the guides have for their village and it's surroundings. It would be too long to describe here how much Isaac has helped us during our stay in Munnar. We are deeply touched by the kindness, compassion and generosity with wich Isaac has treated us. We have have never encountered such selfless kindness from a stranger and are forever thankful for it. Thank you.

Subash and Shiva are the BEST guides in town. We did a sunrise trek + Rickshaw day trek. Super nice. They need a raise for being so helpful and friendly with the visitora.i recommend this tour society.

Todays package tour was not satisfCtory. Driver was late in the morning. Driver could not communicate in neither hindi nor in English. Driver refused to show the places that we discussed with ISSAC ANTHONY who sold the package to us. He is not a trustworthy man. He quoted a price for packages & charged us too much. He quoted 1 price & increased the same package by Rs. 1000/- next day when we were ready to take d package tour. Issac overcharged us and also tried to cheat us. We got the same package for rs.1700 less. When we declined to pay the increased price & and became upset with Issac's behaviour, He also tried to sell a day tour package without receipt secretly to us for lower price. I would like to let the authority know that Issac is not at all a truthful employee. He talks too much, doesn't want to listen what his customers, tourists want. According to my previous experiences, I assumed that this tourist information centre would be honest & trustworthy. Unfortunately , we found it to be opposite with Issac. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience! Our guide (Shrwan) took us on a sweeping trek through tea plantations and up into the hills for a very welcome respite from the noise and pollution in town. Very peaceful and full of knowledge (and samples) of local herbs, spices and fruits. Lunch was a delicious local meal, and Shrwan kept us well fed with fresh fruit all day. If you get lucky you might see elephants too! (note: wear sunscreen)
