RTO office Nedumangad

It was a very bad experience, I visited here to *learners* test for my friend there is no first come first priority. We arrived at 8am and waited 2 hours then they gave an approved paper for the test and it was conducting another floor. There is total chaos no que,no token, system not working properly,no proper internet connectivity at all.he attended the exam again and again but bad connection reason he can't finish the exam. Then the officer says that he failed , so visit another date and we leave there at 12:30pm. They don't care about our time .

I recently visited SRTO Nedumangadu to terminate hypothecation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The officer at the reception was exceptionally helpful and efficient, guiding me through the process with clarity and a friendly attitude. Even as others arrived, they remained attentive and ensured everyone felt assisted. A truly positive experience that made a potentially tedious task surprisingly easy.

I went to the office to submit an application for ownership change of the vehicle. An official next to the enquiry counter asked me to leave the office and come the next day, as public entry is not allowed after 1:15 pm. I enquired whether he could verify if my application was complete. He said it was not part of his duty, and I had to ask someone else in the office. His behavior, attitude, and approach towards me were really embarrassing. After waiting for some time before the enquiry counter without being attended to, the officer asked me to approach another employee sitting behind him. I did so, and he verified my application, saying it was correct, but the applicant herself must come to submit the application with her Aadhaar ID. Then I left the office. My experience with this office was highly disappointing, not what I expected.

Very good experience. After a long time I got a chance to clarify the doubts and the status of the application submitted to them in a govt office over telephone( landline). The lady official who attended the phone was very helpful and polite in conversation. Her duty has to be appreciated.

Very bad service, i applied for an application of ownership changing but cannot changed more than 3 months. I call them but not anyone answering the call once... The rto ajith kumar nothing to doing... They have only focus money. Waste of time to approach nedumangadu srto very very bad...... Kindly inform this to upper authority... Very bad rto..

The staff's behavior is so rude and they are not even checking what they can do about the issue. Agents are sitting outside and they are approaching the people. I doubt that there is a tie up between agents and the govt officials sitting there.

ONE OF THE WORST RTO OFFICE IN TVM DISTRICT, EVEN THEY HAVEN'T THEIR OWN PHONE NUMBER, AND MOST OF THE OFFICERS ARE AN ARROGANT.

I have never seen such a bad government office in my life.
