Head Post Office Nileshwar

I had a terrible experience with the Nileshwar Post Office. My courier never reached the delivery address -- after one and a half months, it was returned to me. Because of the mistake made by the booking staff, I ended up losing 7,000. The staff entered a dummy phone number in the system without my consent and refused to let me see the address before finalizing the booking. When I tried to read the form before signing, the employee mocked me and said, "just sign." This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Even after raising a formal complaint, no proper action was taken. They simply said there's no policy to refund money, even when the loss clearly happened due to their negligence. Until India Post introduces a proper compensation policy, I strongly advise everyone not to send important parcels or valuable items through Indian Post, because if your parcel doesn't reach, you'll simply lose your money.

Good postoffice with postal and banking services, limited free parking space, clean office with seating facility for customers, staff punctuality is of question mark. Counters 1, 2 and 3 was observed without staff even after 2 hours (10:15 am) of normal opening time (8:15am)

Very bad experience at this post office. Irresponsible and unpunctual staff at multipurpose counter (speed post/registered post/PLI etc).

A big Post office having all facilities including Banking/India Post Payment Bank.

Wen I visited it was closed may be i was not on time
