Post Office Passport Seva Kendra Palakkad

I visited the Passport Office in Palakkad for my passport verification. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the overall experience and the professionalism of the staff. This was the first time I had such a positive experience with a government office. The staff members were extremely polite, supportive, and efficient throughout the process. I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Shakila, Ms. Sunita, and Mr. Nipun for their excellent service. Ms. Shakila guided me very clearly and patiently, especially with the document corrections I required. Ms. Sunita was equally supportive and helped complete my verification smoothly and efficiently. The final verification by Mr. Nipun was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. All the officers spoke politely and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their respectful behavior and willingness to help truly stood out. Thank you very much to the Passport Office, Palakkad, and the entire team for providing such a wonderful and memorable experience. Keep up the great work.

Even though the waiting time is a bit long The staffs and service are warm and excellent comparatively to other passport Seva Kendra I have visited . Government should consider upgrading the building since palakkad is very hot and the office turns very hot with people waiting and even the officials working inside for us are sweating due to poor air-conditioning and air circulation .

Very worst. Worst way to deal. Minor child no consideration, even if crying for long time. What manners

Very small space.. Large number of applicants. But good responsible staffs in this crowd

Staffs are friendly. Fully crowed, it takes almost 3 hours( even after online appointment) whereas the Other Passport offices takes hardly 30 mints. Overcrowded. One day full will be consumed, plan accordingly.

Small office, Quick service but you will have to wait for your turn since Palakkad is the largest district and Olavakkode has higher population density also.

The area is relatively small and congested. The wait time is slightly elevated during certain hours.
