I visited this location to renew my car registration. I arrived at 10:30 a.m., and my car inspection was completed around 4:00 p.m. The queue was extremely long, and there were not enough staff members to handle the inspection efficiently

Neat and well kept , quiet office . Truly efficient nowadays .Hassle free movement of papers . Most of the process are through online now. Good efficient staff with polite behaviour and they explained very well about the procedure. Went there to ask about renewal of wife's driving licence.

The Building is good, can't say that in the case of the staffs over there though!!!

Amazed at the efficiency, support & positive attitude from 3 staff on 1st Oct 2024, guiding me & completing the RC transfer for my KL58L car. I was fearing a slow typical arrogant office but it was completely different & pleasant in my case. Really hope the government employees are like this, everywhere...

Had a very bad experience. They were not able to conduct learners test due to lack of officers on duty and the learners test has been delayed for many days. Among 3 officers, 2 of them have been transferred to another place and the remaining one officer was incharge of test drive. Is there no one to take responsibility to appoint 2 new officers to take the place of transfferd officers? If yes, then why delay?

Morning 8 to 13hrs spent just to renew registration of my bike, MVI was good but office staffs especially the one who was in enquiry counter, he doesn't know about payment process or he acting like that, for payment related queries we need to speak with 3rd party facilitation centres near RTO office. Bad behaviour

They take forever to provide a basic service such as document verification. Unbelievable as to why its not privatized yet. Staffs just chill there from paycheck to paycheck without anyone to answer to. The supervisor itself is absent or absent minded most of the time.

I had a bad experience when I visited here to edit my name on my license. I've acquired permission from the RTO officer, who was a nice guy and handed over the files to one of the staff. He told me I'll be contacted once it's done. I'm flying abroad in the next 20 days so I've to get it done within the period and he said it will be done in a week time. I didn't get any call, no response from them. I went to enquire after 10days and I realized my file is still on his table. He told me to come after a week and the Onam holidays were about to happen. I came back my license was all done in the next 7 days and a lady handed over my licence to me and I signed the register, I received it. I came out and checked my name in the licence which had a spelling mistake on it. I told the same lady about their mistake and she told me to come back in the next five days as they are closing for the Onam holidays but in 2 days I've to leave abroad. I told her the situation and she behaved rudely to me. I begged her to get it done as without this license I will not qualify for driving abroad. She didn't listen to me and I was so heartbroken. As a government employee, she has to serve people and not to be rude to them. I feel pity towards such employees who don't deserve such positions and eating the government's money instead. I feel ashamed of myself as I couldn't do anything against her as I was running out of time. At least I feel this review should be published.
