Very bad experience in PSK vazhuthacaud Despite having many families with small children, the office had only one common queue for tatkal. Children under 5 years of age should have a separate, priority line, as long waiting times can cause significant distress. Even though we had submitted all required documents except the Tatkal advisory, the staff member in charge incorrectly wrote that we had not submitted the birth certificate, Aadhaar, and Annexure documents. When we questioned this, she brushed it off with unrelated excuses And the APO officer displayed very rude behaviour. Instead of talking to the customers in a calm manner, she behaved very arrogantly.

Passport Office Thiruvananthapuram Located at Kaithamukku Near Karalkada. The office was started functioning since 1992. It caters to the districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts of Kerala. Everything is fine ,but the last section(c1,c2,c3) is verry bad their is 3 counters but only one staff. One hour delay due to this .

Very responsible and friendly staff here are dedicated to their job. Get you papers ready, you will get you job done fast.

Very difficult to get things done. The officers are not considerate nor even ready to fix the issues with the passport. The security at the entrance acts like he is the regional passport officer. There should be a better process to accommodate the needs of the people and have faster appointment dates available especially for NRI people. We had a very bad experience.
