The staff, Ms. Sneha, was very polite, helpful, and professional in her service. Akshaya Centre needs more staff like her.

Very poor service. Customer being ill-treated. Uncivilized and uncultured staff and supervisor. Communication skill is worst. Very bad langue used to communicate with customer. Their job and process knowledge are very little, and several time applications being rejected as not registered properly. Customers are forced to visit multiple time for a single service and service charge payment. They don't deserve to run a customer service institution.

Very Poor service. Firstly, they don't know how to behave with customers. They made a mistake by forgetting to update my mobile number in Aadhaar, but still they are arguing and asking money again for the updation process. Totally disappointed. Stay Away from them for your own good

Although I went to link my phone with my Adhar card and since I had to make 3 rounds considering the rejection first time, I found that this center provided me with a better service than all the other 3 centers I previously went. The staff are very cordial and extremely cooperative and they are strict for an office that is providing the service. Since its run by a small group of women, its definitely has its own class when it meant to deal with people, patiently explaining the reason for application, rejection cases, etc. The infrastructure is not that great as probably because of lack of adequate support, but within the constraints of the government system they have provided everything possible in the minimalistic way. I have been able to connect with them the moment I went to the counter though it was always crowdy. So if you need to get things done, it takes time considering the server availability, but it will be done with utmost responsibly. Efficiency is something that I would not count for all these service centers as government doesn't itself know how to put efficiency in place for such service centers. But I do agree there may be many service centers better than it, but one need to admit that this center dealt with people who do not have access to computer systems, from a poor or agricultural background. At least this center is blessing in disguise for me for the service provided to me. I wish all the best for all the staff a good time and happy services

Very bad customer service..... Useless staffs..... Please teach them behavior and manners... Akshaya center is an government agency for giving service to public...very very bad staffs.... They only know how to rude in front of customers... They are making customers as fools.... Worst of time....

They are providing poor services and they didn't have any further knowledge and updation relating to their law and services.Behaviour and manner of the employees and service providers is very rude. They are exploiting the needy customers.

3.1 rating . For what... As an applicant my experience is from this centre is nasty. Dirty tricks , unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour from the perumbillissery Akshaya staffs.Lost my valuable time & money. This kind of behaviour badly effect the credibility of Akashya centers of kerala in future. No doubt. Required a lot of improvements from the part of responsibility. Take responsible. Feeling disappointed..... My rating is 1/5.

Was easy to locate and quickly all my works were done. It was for my daughter and the person out there did really well and things were smooth.
